ATTLEBOROUGH PRIMARY WIN SPORTSHALL ATHLETICS

On Monday 4th February primary school children from across Breckland competed together at Y5/6 Sportshall Ahtletics event hosted at Breckland Leisure Centre.

The event sees competitors take part in a number of track and field events, with each pupil taking part in 2 track and 2 field events.

It was great to see the enthusiasm and determination of all those involved and the atmosphere was electric.

Although the Girls and Boys were competing seperately, there results were combined to determine the final standings, with the winning team going through to the Norfolk School Games Finals.

A big thank you to all the teachers for organising there team so well and to Iceni Academy Sports Leaders who marshalled the events so well.
