Breckland School Sport Partnership finished a creditable 5th place at the Norfolk School Sport Partnership Games on Monday 9th November 2009 at Lynnsport.
The Breckland School Sport Partnership team was made up of young people from the 6 High Schools (Attleborough High, Charles Burrell High, Methwold High, Rosemary Musker, Wayland Community High and Wymondham College)
Over 600 students representing the 8 School Sport Partnerships across Norfolk competed in the 8 events of Boys Rugby, Girls Advanced Tag, Girls Football, Netball, Mixed Hockey, Indoor Rowing, Badminton, and Table Tennis.
Breckland achieved some excellent performances with second place in the Girls Football, and third place in the Indoor Rowing and Mixed Hockey.
The overall winners were West Norfolk, West Norwich and Dereham in second place and North Norfolk in third.
Well done to everyone who took part.

On Wednesday 6th, Breckland SSP hosted a Mixed Tag Rugby Festival for Y3-6 as part of its School Games offering. The event was held at Wayland Academy and supported by an excellent group of Sports Leaders from the academy.
