Wayland Cluster Swimming Gala
Monday 27th April saw 85 year 4's arrive at Wymondham College for a Swimming Gala. All pupils were put into mixed teams across all 6 schools. There were girls and boys races for front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke, freestyle relays medley relays (front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke) and blowing/pushing of the flying saucer.
All pupils swam brilliantly and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Thanks to the Wymondham College Year 10 Sport Leaders for helping out and the schools non swimmers for being scorers and team captains.
The results are as follows:
Team 1 99 points
Team 2 70 points
Team 3 96 points
Team 4 90 points
Congratulations to Team 1 for winning the Gala
Team 1 consisted of 7 Carbrooke pupils, 3 Ashill pupils, 1 Caston pupil, 2 Hockham pupils, 5 Parkers pupils and 3 Thompson pupils.
