This event is suitable for pupils who enjoy long distance running and racing against others.

Schools may enter a maximum of 3 girls and 3 boys per year group. Maximun Squad size 24 per school

Year 5/6 will run around 1500m, and Year 3/4 around 1200m - these distances are in line with the English Schools Athletics Association guidelines for Cross Country in Primary Schools.
