This is a School games qualifying event. The top 10 Boys and top 10 Girls from each race category will represent the partnership at the Norfolk School Games event in Feb 2019.

Year 5/6 will run around 1500m, and Year 3/4 around 1200m - these distances are in line with the English Schools Athletics Association guidelines for Cross Country in Primary Schools.

Squad size per school is of 6 per year group - Y3/4/5/6 – therefore maximum squad per School is 24 pupils.
