On wednesday 13th june, Breckland Ssp hosted a Kwik Cricket mixed event for Y5/6 pupils.
Schools were encouraged to bring teams with a squad size of 8 which enabled pupils to rotate each match.
It was great to see schools from across the partnership competing together, some of whom had qualified through cluster events.
On the day the schools were split into round robins with the winners qualifying for the Norfolk School Games County Finals.
Mundford CC Secretary, Fiona Yates said: "It is a fantastic event and the children clearly love it. We hope they will continue to play at a local club close to them and look out for a club running an All Star programme for juniors. We certainly do that here at Mundford"
No surprise to see that Mundford Primary along with Hingham Primary progressed to the county finals.
Congratulations to all schools who took part, we aim to make the event even bigger and better next year.
